Nisarga Bhraman has organized a trek to Beas Kund near Manali on 21st April 2015.
A place of historical significance, Beas Kund is one of the most beautiful places in the Dhauladhar range of the mighty Himalayas. Besides being regarded as sacred, Beas Kund is where the river Beas originates from and offer spectacular views of the nearby located Shitidhar, Ladakhi, Friendship and Hanuman Tibba peaks. One of the most alluring treks in the Kullu region, the trail offers panoramic views of the Pir Pangal range as well, and follows the banks of the river Beas. This is one of the most popular short treks through the Solang valley and takes you through an expanse of picturesque mountain landscapes. Beas Kund area might be full of snow at the time of this trek. This trek is enjoyable and easy going trek, suitable for people for all age groups with no prior trekking experience required to join in.

Lakeside Camping at Salter, Lonavala on 31st January 2015
Nisarga Bhraman invites you to Car/ Bike ride & camping near Lonavala on 31st January & 1February 2015.
Place: Saltar Lake (Ambay Valley)
Ride: ~ 200 km
Meeting Point: Lonavala @ 2:00 pm near Kumar resort
Around 50 km drive from Lonavala will take us to the camp site, we will pitch up the tents on the bank, followed by cleaning activity and introduction. Campfire and barbeque will add to the flavor of star gazing.
Next day post breakfast we will start our journey back to town.
