Day 1: Saturday, 15th Feb 2014
- Meet at Lonavala at 2:00 pm
- Drive / Bike Ride towards the camp site
- Evening hike on one of the ancient forts in the region
- Exploration and get back to the campsite
- Welcome drink on arrival at the campsite
- Cleaning of a campsite, pitching and allocation of tents
- Barbecue and bonfire
- Informative session on sky observation
- Delicious hot food will be served
- Retire for the day
- Wake up and freshen up on a lazy morning
- Breakfast and Tea
- Cleaning up the camp site
- Pack up and drive back to Mumbai / Pune
Cost of the event would be Rs. 1300/- only
The above cost includes -
> Accommodation in tents on multiple sharing
> Evening refreshments, Dinner and Barbecue on Saturday
> Breakfast and tea on Sunday
> Guide and expertise charges
The above mentioned cost does no include -
> Transportation to and from campsite
> Lunch on Saturday and Sunday

Here is a list of things to be carried for the event -
- Haversack to put in everything to be carried
- Water - 2 Liters at least
- Bedding material (Sleeping Bag / Carry Mat / Chaddar etc.)
- Torch with extra set of batterries (Compulsory)
- Extra set of clothes, Towel, Napkin etc.
- Personal medicines required if any
- Identity Proof, Camera, Something to munch on etc.
Few rules that we would like people to follow -
- Possession and/or consumption of Alcohol will strictly not be permitted on the event & would lead to expulsion from the trek.
- Smoking will be permitted only after consultation with the group leader and one has to move away from the group.
- Stay with the group.
- The leader’s decision will be final and binding on all members. No arguments will be entertained.
- Each member will be responsible for his/her own safety and baggage.
- Please do not wear any jewelry or gold chains/rings.
- Please do not litter, we believe in the saying, “Wherever you go, leave only your footprints and take back only memories.”
